An invalid XML character

Hi,

I'm getting the following from the archive when I try to open an archived pdf. It's not affecting all pdfs just some.

Maybe something I've missed in setup ?

com.openedit.OpenEditException: com.openedit.OpenEditRuntimeException:

DAM - Tools - Settings

Hi friends,

i need help with path setting in tab Settings in Catalog Administration, with ghostscriptpath and convertpath.

We have production system installed under Ubuntu, ghostscript is installed at "/usr/bin/gs", ImageMagick at "/usr/local/bin/convert". Beside standard installation we set permissions to both bin folders to 777, but still i am not able to get these helpers work. We are trying many different paths:

/dev/sda1/usr ..., sda1/usr/...., server003:/dev/ ... server003:/usr/ .. no succses at all.

(but we can set these paths under Windows Tomcat and under Mac OS Tomcat (deveoper systems) without problems)

Thank you in advance, i appreciate any help.
